Wedding Flowers

We’re here to help bring your wedding floral vision to life. While we’re not a full-service florist, we specialize in creating beautiful florals for smaller and intimate weddings. This includes:

  • Bridal and bridesmaid bouquets

  • Table arrangements and centerpieces

  • Boutonnieres

  • Flowers by the stem

We’ll start the planning process over email and can meet in person at our farm stand to discuss details. We’re also available by email and phone to answer any questions along the way.

A few things to note:

  • At this time, we do not offer arch arrangements, floral crowns, or garlands.

  • All wedding orders are pickup-only; unfortunately we do not offer delivery at this time.

  • Wedding florals in October is not guaranteed due to the possibility of frost in Washington State. Once frost hits, our flowers are no longer available. While we can’t guarantee availability, we’ll coordinate closely with you. If flexibility on this isn’t possible, we may not be the right fit. Thank you for understanding.

Things to Know About Your Wedding Flowers
  • Bouquet Style: Bridal and bridesmaid bouquets are designed in a standard round style as pictured in our wedding bouquets. If you’d like a cascading or specialty bouquet, an additional charge will apply.

  • Ribbon Options: Bouquets are wrapped in a classic cream-white ribbon. Custom ribbon options are available for an additional fee.

  • Centerpieces and Vase Fitting: All bouquets and centerpieces are trimmed, leaves removed, and stems cut to fit your vase. Please drop off the vase you plan to use so we can size the flowers perfectly.

  • Boutonnieres: Each boutonniere comes with two pins and is packaged in a protective box. To keep them fresh, store them in the fridge until ready to use.

  • Pickup Details: Bridal and bridesmaid arrangements will be placed in black buckets filled with fresh water, ready for pickup. Centerpiece bouquets will be wrapped in Kraft paper and placed in water bags in boxes for easy transport. Ensure your vehicle is large enough to transport the flowers.

How Do I Order?
  • Plan Your Vision: Start by envisioning your dream wedding flowers and save photos that inspire you. Think about how many bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, table arrangements, and ceremony flowers you'll need. Consider the colors and the mood you want your flowers to create, and how you want them to make you feel on your big day.

  • Contact Us: Next, please fill out the form to share the details of your wedding. Since our flowers are seasonal and availability can vary week to week, we’ll let you know what’s likely to be in season. We recommend checking back a couple of weeks before the wedding to confirm flower availability. As the date approaches, we’ll keep you updated on any changes and suggest substitutes that fit your vision. If this flexibility doesn’t work for you, we might not be the best fit—but we’re here to help if it does!

  • Finalize Your Order: We’ll be in touch to finalize your order and send it over for your confirmation. This will include the wedding floral needs, who will pickup, and the pickup date and time.

  • Payment: We’ll provide a total for the order. We accept cash, card, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Apple Pay.

  • Pick Up and Enjoy: Pick up your flowers from the farm stand and you’re all set! For the freshest flowers, plan to pick them up as close to your wedding date as possible. Bouquets will be ready in buckets with fresh water. You can pickup anytime from 9 AM to 7 PM.

Here are some pickup tips!
  • Pick Up Close to Wedding Date As Possible: Plan to pick up the day before or day of your wedding so everything stays as fresh as possible.

  • Prepare Your Vehicle: Ensure your car has plenty of space and working air conditioning.

  • Keep Flowers Cool: Store the flowers in a cool area until you’re ready to use them.

  • Be Gentle with Flowers: Handle the flowers carefully to avoid damaging petals or stems. For the bride and bridesmaids bouquet, ensure the ribbon does not touch the water (if you place the flowers back in the bucket).
