DAHLIA TUBER POLICY

At Flower Day Farm, every dahlia tuber is grown, dug, divided, and stored by our family. We will do our best to select healthy and viable tubers. Thank you for supporting us. 

What to Expect

Each tuber you receive will have at least one visible eye (or be waking up at time of shipping). Tubers may vary in size, shape, and appearance but this is completely normal and does not affect performance. Dahlias are living products, not manufactured goods.

Shipping & Timing


We will ship tubers at the end of April or early May. Once packages leave our farm, you will get a notification. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information.

Local pickup will be on April 25th 3-5pm or May 2nd, 3-5pm. Please select your pickup time. 

No Returns or Exchanges


Due to the perishable nature of dahlia tubers, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Issues with Your Order


If your tuber arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’re happy to work with you to make it right.

 

Growing Conditions


We cannot guarantee performance once tubers are planted. Growth depends on many factors outside our control, including soil, weather, pests, and care practices.

 

A Kind Note


We are a small, family-run farm (often packing orders with kids nearby 😊). We do our absolute best, and we ask that all communication be kind and respectful. We’re always here to help and want you to have a great experience growing our flowers.
